The free website program

A genuinely free website. Here’s exactly what that means.

Qualified, responsive Arizona businesses receive a real, launched, client-owned website with no build fee. There is no recurring plan required, no review to leave, no referral to send, and no hidden fee. The value is real, and so are the boundaries — both are written down right here.

What the standard free build includes

Up to five standard pages
Home, services, about, contact, and one more — the pages a local business actually needs.
One design direction
We design once, well, in a direction agreed up front — instead of exploring forever.
Your content, imported
Existing text and photos come over when appropriate. Missing facts and assets are collected through a simple questionnaire.
Mobile-responsive build
Your site works from a cracked phone screen in a truck to a wide desktop monitor.
Contact or booking connection
A standard connection to the contact method or booking tool you already use.
Search metadata
Basic titles, descriptions, and structured data so search engines understand who you are.
Accessibility and performance checks
Real checks before launch — keyboard navigation, contrast, load speed.
One consolidated revision round
All your pre-launch feedback gathered into one pass. It keeps projects finishing.
Launch and handoff
Domain connection, launch assistance, and a full handover of ownership and access.
Fourteen-day warranty
A fourteen-day post-launch technical-defect warranty covering delivery defects.

What isn’t included free

The free project is a one-time build, launch, and handoff — not an ongoing service. These are outside the free scope and, where we offer them at all, separately quoted:

The responsiveness policy, plainly

Free projects only work when they keep moving, so we ask one thing of every client: stay responsive. When we request information, assets, feedback, access, or approval:

  1. Three business days

You have three business days to respond at your convenience.

  2. One friendly reminder

If we haven’t heard back, we send a single reminder — life happens, especially in a busy season.

  3. Two more business days

After two additional quiet business days, the free project closes so the queue keeps moving. A restart is possible but discretionary, and may require a new application.

This isn’t a punishment — it’s how a free program stays fair to every business waiting behind you.

The queue, once applications open

Every qualified applicant enters a private, transparent queue. Projects start when capacity opens and the applicant is fully prepared — information, assets, access, and approvals in hand. An unprepared applicant never blocks a prepared one behind them.

You’ll be able to see your own position and readiness status privately. No business names or applicant details are ever published, and queue placement is not a promised start date.

Who the program fits

We prioritize Arizona health, wellness, home-service, and professional-service businesses, and occasionally accept exceptional applicants elsewhere in the United States when the project is a strong fit. To keep the program safe and workable, some projects are outside it:

We also ask for the same respect we bring: collaborative, honest, and courteous working relationships. Dry Heat Digital may decline or close a project that isn’t respectful, safe, truthful, or workable.

Think your business qualifies?

The application system is still being built. If you would like to hear when it opens, send a short note about your business — no pitch required.

Applications opening soon — email early interest

Emailing expresses interest only. It does not create an application, reserve a spot, or promise acceptance or a start date.
